“We have used Centerline Construction for many projects and we keep coming back to them. Our first remodel was the living room and kitchen. They were always on schedule and right on budget. Our second remodeled with Centerline was our guesthouse. They did an amazing job. It was a complicated job with a lot of concrete. It was an impressive design that made it into a feature article, in a design magazine.

The third major remodel was the whole second floor added along with a garage and exercise room. Again, Mike did an outstanding job. He and his crew were very considerate with the fact that we were living in the first floor. This was during El Nino and the rains never stopped that winter. Mike made our home very secure even though we did not have a roof that winter.

We have had minor remodels with the same satisfaction as the previous projects with Centerline Construction. Time and time again, Mike Smith and Centerline have come out for minor projects and repairs. For example, our kids flushed their toys down the toilets and Mike had his plumber out the next day. He is so responsive and conscientious. His crews are first rate and over the 25 years he has kept many of the fine craftsman.
